From the empire seam the fabric releases into a full, weightless skirt that falls into a handkerchief hem - short at the front, dipping longer at the sides and back, catching the air with every step. - Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Hang to dry in the shade, away from direct heat.
- Steam or cool iron on the reverse; never press directly on the smocked back panel, heat kills the elastic.
